CATALOG & ORDERING INFO
At the moment, I am only accepting wholesale orders and custom retail orders. I can accomodate a few more spring orders, and then I will be focusing on Fall/Winter '07-'08. All of the soakers, longies, blankets and other wool goods currently available through Jooni Cat Woolies are made from recycled materials - primarily sweaters - that I've purchased second-hand or have been given by friends and family. I work hard to ensure that all my materials are 100% wool. Occasionally, a very special sweater comes my way that has a small percentage of other natural fiber (angora rabbit hair, for example) or synthetic material (i.e. acrylic or nylon). I make note of this, when it's the case, directly on the product's tag.
Custom Orders
Don't throw away that pink and purple wool sweater your grandma made for you when you were 15! I'll gladly turn it into a custom piece(s) for you. I can also make custom orders from sweaters in my collection. Email me at mamacat_at_joonicatwoolies.com for more details. Let me know what you need and I'll see what I can do.
Returns / Exchanges
MOST products can be returned, unwashed and unworn, for a full refund. Exchanges are fine too. Sometimes, I'll even consider buying back a used item. In any case, you'll need to pay the shipping. The only final sale is a custom product that I won't be able to sell to anyone but you (for example with your child's name monogrammed on it...). The policy for your particular custom order will be confirmed before you make your payment. No matter what, if it's not returnable or exchangeable, I'll let you know before you buy it.
Limited Warranty
Clearly I like to give things a second chance. If, during the day to day use of your Jooni Cat Woolies product, any wear and tear issues arise, simply contact me and describe the problem. If it sounds like something I can fix, I'll have you send it to me (at your expense) and I will make the repair and ship it back at no charge. If the problem is just beyond repair - these are recycled materials, they'll last a long time but not forever - I won't fix it but I will commiserate with you and help you pick out your next Jooni Cat purchase!
